Your session may include a combination of: • Visceral manipulation to support organ mobility and internal tension patterns • Lymphatic techniques to encourage fluid movement, detoxification, and immune support • Craniosacral therapy to calm the nervous system and release deep restrictions • Gentle energy balancing to restore coherence between body, mind, and subtle systems Rather than working on symptoms alone, this session focuses on regulation, integration, and communication within the body’s systems.
