The Seven Main Chakras & How to Nurture Them


1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Red


Location: Base of spine

Theme: Stability, grounding, feeling safe in the world

Energy Work: Reiki here feels warm and anchoring—perfect for calming anxiety.

Food: Root vegetables like beets, sweet potatoes, and carrots bring grounding energy.

Mindset: Affirm, “I am safe. I am supported. I belong.”

Essential Oils: Cedarwood, patchouli, vetiver for deep grounding.

2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Orange

3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Yellow


Location: Upper abdomen

Mindset: Affirm, “I am strong, capable, and confident.”
