Intraoral (mouthwork) CranioSacral Therapy is a specialized hands-on technique that works inside the mouth using gloved hands. This subtle approach supports the deeper layers of tension held in cranial bone alignment, the jaw, temporomandibular joint (TMJ), tongue, throat, and upper neck. Whether you’re recovering from persistent jaw tension & facial pain, headaches & migraines, clenching, trauma, dental procedures, or carrying heavy stress in your head, neck and shoulders, our sessions promote deep ease to help your body soften, unwind, and return to balance. Many clients feel a sense of space, relief and even emotional release as jaw tension unwinds. This approach to manual therapy is not forceful. It’s intuitive, gentle and grounded in the body’s wisdom. Every treatment is gentle, fully explained beforehand, and performed only with your informed consent while wearing medical gloves. This work is designed for nervous system regulation and supports physical relief in your jaw and in your life. Sessions Include full body craniosacral assessment and light touch therapy.
