Service Description
A functional approach to airway health and nervous system regulation. Using CranioSacral Therapy, gentle intraoral techniques, myofascial release, breath awareness, and whole-person wellness education, this work explores the relationship between breathing, jaw tension, tongue posture, neck function, and nervous system health. Because sometimes creating more space for breath creates more space for healing. Children schedule shorter, 30 minute sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled time. At the time of your booking you will be required to pay a $50 non refundable deposit. This deposit will be used towards your scheduled appointment. We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. The value of your service will be charged in full 100% for all cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice. Gift certificates and discounted packages are non refundable and will expire at three months of purchase. Thank you for your business.
